The hourly rate starts at $18.00, depending on circumstances including an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commssions on completed sales. This is the Companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
This is a part-time role consisting of 30 hours per week (6 hours per day).
PostingJob Summary (Purpose):
The Service Specialist (SC) will be responsible for the daily dispatch and optimization of the Service Technicians. The SC will work closely with District Operations to ensure efficient utilization of the technicians time while meeting customer expectations. The SC will partner with the customer experience team and field operations to ensure that service revenue targets are met. Subject Matter expert for all utilization tools and dashboards associated with this function
