If you are looking to be part of a team that ensures every detail is taken care of to ensure an exceptional dining experience, and passionate about leadership, safety and contributing to a positive environment, we would love to hear from you!As the Service Supervisor, you will be helping to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the campus dining facilities. This includes helping to direct or train all service employees, oversee serving lines, maintain portion control, as well as create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and follow company, state, and federal guidelines and standards regarding safety and sanitation. Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper garnishing and layout of food service lines
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with production, front of house staff and management regarding any issues.
- Assist the Dining Services Manager with various aspects of the dining services operation as needed.
- Assist in event coordination, catering events or special events - may include setup/service, creating signage or decorating to enhance customer experiences
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Two year minimum experience in front of house supervision
- High school diploma, secondary education helpful
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule, shifts are primarily 11am to 7:30pm, including a weekend rotationWe Offer:
