Service Support Specialist

This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make a massive, visible impact across the business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

*This is a full-time role in our Melville, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Work with international vendors and global logistics partners
• Oversee distribution of technical service cases and optimize the service program
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency
• Liaise with the service team to create and distribute estimates and invoices
• Assist with CRM administration
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts
• Support operations leadership in daily tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree required
• High level of organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid business acumen
• Superlative problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to situations on a daily basis
• Ability to occasionally lift 50-75 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

• $45,000 to 50,000
