The ideal candidate will have experience with Generac generators and be able to work independent of supervision while maintaining the high level of integrity and customer satisfaction In Charge Electric is known for. Candidates must have a basic understanding of engine operation, electrical theory and electrical safety while not being afraid to get their hands dirty. Upon hiring, technicians will have the option of attending factory training courses, get on the job training, accumulate hours towards a Journeyman electrical license and work with a company that supports growth from within.Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot and repair Generac generators
- Interact with homeowners offering upgrade options
- Assist with acquiring new business
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience with Generac Generators
- Ability to work independently
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume company environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check
