Service Technician Pay Rate: $20-25 an hour About the company: They are a leading provider of mobility-related durable medical equipment (DME), serving customers across Ohio. Position Overview: As a Service Technician you will assess customer's homes and vehicles for safety and take into consideration their lifestyle preferences while evaluating for items such as vehicle lifts, wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, grab bars, bathroom equipment and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and make repairs (in-office & field)
- Assemble seating, mobility, and home accessibility equipment
- Manage inventory control for special orders and stock
- Deliver equipment as directed
- Assist Rehab Technology Specialist at seating clinics (evaluations, modifications, deliveries)
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain VA-provided equipment for veterans
- Educate patients/veterans on proper use and care of equipment
Physical Demands & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Pass drug and background checks
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical/problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 1+ year of DME experience preferred

- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm
- On-call, occasional holidays
