- Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of heavy equipment.
- Engine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valves and pump wizardry, and transmission repairs are all in a day's work!
- Remove, disassemble, clean, repair, recondition, assemble components or parts.
- Keep meticulous records of equipment hours, serial numbers, complaints, causes, and corrections.
- Be a mentor and guide for other technicians and apprentice technicians.
- Attend company sponsored training to level up your skills, knowledge, and expertise.
- Keep our service trucks and all company assets in top-notch shape.
- Always put safety first - whether you're operating power tools, lifts, welders, or cranes.
- Embrace and embody the standards and values of 4Rivers Equipment.
- And, of course, tackle any other task assigned with efficiency and professionalism.
