Responsibilities:We are looking for
service technicians with Chrysler, Mopar & Stellantis experience that will be responsible for swiftly and accurately performing
automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
Qualifications:- Chrysler, Mopar, Stellantis experience a plus
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
- NYS Inspector's license a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($54,448.00 to $115,900.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit , Department Net ) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability ).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
