North Bay Equipment, an industry leader of high-end industrial cleaning equipment, is seeking a self-motivated Service Technician to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair all brands of hot water and cold water pressure washers, steamers, automatic parts washers,water treatment systems and other related equipmentDaily completion of all associated documentation (work orders, invoicing, etc)Daily interaction with customers, providing the highest level of customer serviceEffectively communicate with all team membersPreparation of new equipment and detergents prior to saleResponsible for proper and safe use of all tools, trucks and equipmentRequirements:Mechanical Aptitude requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to troubleshootAbility to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematicsCustomer Service skillsAbility to work well in a team atmosphere and independentlyComputer skillsGood oral and written communication skillsClean driving record and valid CA driver's licenseMust have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team memberHVAC background/training a plusOwn tools a plusBilingual is a plusSmall Engine repair experience is a plusWilling to train a prime candidate with outstanding work ethicWe Offer:Company paid trainingCompetitive SalaryBenefits including medical and 401kPaid vacations and holidaysJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
