We are looking for a Propane Service Technician with a strong mechanical service background, preferably in the Propane Gas, Natural Gas, Oil Heat, Gas Plumbing, Gas Appliance Repair or HVAC fields.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Install propane tanks and gas lines and pressure test gas service lines to make sure system passes all state & local installation/permit requirements.
Repair and maintaining propane appliances; and providing service to our residential, commercial and industrial customers. Convert gas appliances. Examine regulators, gas lines and appliance connections for possible defects or gas leaks.
Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations

Requirements:CT Gas Fitters License G-2 or Oil Burner License B-2 preferred,
High School Graduate or Equivalent, Trade School Preferred
Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) containing a Hazmat, Tank and Air Brake Endorsements and DOT Medical preferred or must be able to obtain within 180 days of employment.
Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, Drug Test and Homeland Security Background Check.
