Join our Service Team and start at up to $40.00 per hour! (depending on experience)*After and during training, this position is on the road in and around the Boston, North Shore, Metro West, Rhode Island, Cape Cod, and lower New Hampshire areas. Once fully trained with us, your earning potential is in your hands.Typical anticipated earnings for a motivated and experienced Service Technician here at Yale (based on experience):
  • 1st year: potential to earn up to $80,000+
  • 2nd year: potential to earn up to $100,000+ with commission incentives

Our technicians roll from their homes in company vans. iPhones, laptops, tools, uniforms, and credit cards for gas are all provided. All parts needed for your service calls are couriered to you each day.Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all home appliances (washers, dryers, cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators).
  • Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc.
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Great time management skills.
  • The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
  • Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
