- A Service Technician provides maintenance, cleaning, home delivery, home setup and patient/caregiver education regarding the use, compliance requirements and insurance coverage, in the safe provision of HME equipment to patients.
- SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: Previous training or experience in maintenance, or home medical equipment preferred. Other customer service and/or medical environment experience helpful.Knowledge: Computer skills, previous maintenance and customer service skills preferred. Mechanically inclined individuals will succeed.Skills/Abilities: Requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be self-directed, organized, able to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
