- Motor/ Pump experience
- Ductile iron pipe
- Check valve replacement 1 inch - 6 inch
- Lift station experience
- Factory motor, gearbox replacement
- Laser alignment
- Vibration analysis
- Electrically hook up pump/ motor
- Rigging/ Removal Millwright work
- Experience in pump maintenance and repair is preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Familiarity with industrial mechanics and low-voltage systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on various types of pumps and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumps and associated systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of pumps
- Install, dismantle, and assemble pump components as needed
- Fabricate and modify pump parts as required
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
