We are looking for Service Technicians to join our growing team! The right candidates will have a strong service technician background and ASE certifications. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Looking to relocate? - Flat rate hourly compensation, based on experience, training, and proficiency.
- Participation, with dealer match, in the GM Tech Excellence Bonus Program. Potential of $12,000 annually and up to 250,000 GM rewards points valued at an additional $2,500.

Job Requirements
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
- Inspect and test-drive vehicles to ensure vehicles run smoothly and safely.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors and all necessary parties to ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems and components.
- Complete required factory and dealership training.
- Install equipment as specified by the customer or company.
- Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed.
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economic manner.
- Maintain a professional and clean workspace.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardized the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Must have a strong worth ethic and be a team player.
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver's License.
