Job Description:
Job Title: Service TechnicianPay Range: $25-$35/hr Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the service, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of commercial equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial HVAC equipment. This position requires a strong background in commercial building maintenance and HVAC systems, as well as leadership experience in a similar setting. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    • Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial buildings.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
    • Identify and resolve issues with commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
    • Utilize technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions effectively.
  • Customer Service:
    • Interact with clients professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Provide clear and concise communication regarding service work, repairs, and recommendations.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Adhere to all company and industry safety standards, including the use of proper PPE.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience & Certifications:
    • Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance and commercial HVAC systems.
    • EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card is required.
  • Background Check:
    • Must pass a 3-year felony background check and lifetime sex offender registry check.
    • No pending felony cases or active warrants.
  • Drug Screening:
    • Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.
