Job Title: Service TechnicianPay Range: $25-$35/hr Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the service, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of commercial equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and commercial HVAC equipment. This position requires a strong background in commercial building maintenance and HVAC systems, as well as leadership experience in a similar setting. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, and electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
- Identify and resolve issues with commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
- Utilize technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with clients professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding service work, repairs, and recommendations.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to all company and industry safety standards, including the use of proper PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
Requirements:
- Experience & Certifications:
- Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance and commercial HVAC systems.
- EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card is required.
- Background Check:
- Must pass a 3-year felony background check and lifetime sex offender registry check.
- No pending felony cases or active warrants.
- Drug Screening:
- Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.
