We're looking for top Service Technicians in the industry!
If you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in labor, remodeling, finish carpentry, service technician or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles, we want to hear from you. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they service, and who are dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it's not!). We will train you to become a window and door technician!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
* Make decisions based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need service attention
* Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation
* Perform services on all windows and doors whether it be due to installation or manufacturing
* Perform assessments of window/door issues and potential installation issues
* Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently
* Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products
* Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a service technician or finish carpentry industry
* Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers
* Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work
* Valid Drivers License
