Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at Air Star Now LLC in Greater Houston. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in HVAC or related field preferred
