- Visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate and train customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with manufacturers' tech support to identify and acquire necessary repair parts.
- Coordinate daily routes and order processing with our customer service team.
- Complete essential documentation accurately and promptly.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for providing best-in-class service to partners and customers.
- Strong communication skills, especially with electronic devices (e.g., iPhone).
- A valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- A willingness to learn in-house operational systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical and situational problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
