- Inspect and maintain technology solutions, including Access Control, Audio/Visual, Fire Alarm, Healthcare Communications, Sound Systems, and Video Surveillance
- Provide front-line support across various settings, including stadiums, hospitals, schools, and banks
Levels of Service Technicians:
- Tier I:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Inspect devices and provide quality reports
- Recommend preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Handle escalated customer cases and de-escalate situations
- Provide on-site client training as required
- Tier II:
- Handle escalated support calls from Tier I
- Provide remote troubleshooting support
- Document troubleshooting steps and escalate to Tier III as needed
- Train technical staff to maintain high support standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service supplies
- Tier III:
- Handle complex troubleshooting and research
- Provide excellent phone and email support
- Act as a point of escalation for difficult cases
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Set up and use remote software like TeamViewer
- Deploy on-site solutions when necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical field (minimum 2 years)
- Associates Degree in Electronics preferred
- Valid State Driver's License
- Ability to climb and work from ladders and scaffolding
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/overtime as needed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
