As a Service Technician, you will maintain optimum operation of copiers and digital copiers/printers via preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Install necessary parts, maintenance kits, factory modifications and perform adjustments as directed by manufacturer(s).

Responsibilities:

+ Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain customer desktop PC hardware and software.

+ Install desktop PC updates and temporary fixes to existing programs.

+ Provide information and assistance to customers.

+ Present formal and informal training to customers.

+ Report, respond to and resolve customer requests.

+ Become the dedicated Kyocera Fleet Services (KFS) remote fleet support technician with the ability to troubleshoot and respond to KFS warnings and alerts.

+ Learn proactive and help desk procedures through the KFS portal.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, including Outlook.

+ Superior in-person customer service and communications skills.

+ Effective organizational and time/task management skills including the ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.

+ Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude

+ Must maintain high level and current knowledge of procedures and troubleshooting techniques for new and existing equipment environments, currently used software, and specialty software.

+ Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.

Preferred:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Any CompTIA certifications.

+ Prior computer and network experience.
