Your Role as a Service Technician
As a Service Technician at WCTractor, you will be the backbone of our service operations, performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on state-of-the-art agricultural and construction equipment. You'll work both in the shop and in the field, using your technical skills to keep our customers' equipment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
* Expert Repairs: Perform service, set-up, and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and on-site.
* Detail-Oriented Documentation: Complete detailed reports and forms related to work assignments, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Knowledge Mastery: Stay up-to-date with the latest in agricultural and construction equipment technology through continuing education.
* Safety First: Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Service Technician Qualifications
What We're Looking For

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: At least one year of related experience in equipment repair.
* Tools: You must have your own full set of tools.
* License: A valid driver's license is required.
* Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 150 pounds multiple times per day.
