Job Description
Assist the Sr. Service Technician with following tasks:
1. Installation, startup, validating, and training customer operators as well as our dealer
engineers.
2. Trouble shooting , diagnose, guiding maintenance personal of our customers, our dealer's
engineers, or third party contractors over the phone.
3. Follow up with customers/dealers after the issues have been resolved in order to establish
smoother relationship.
4. Work with application / option / parts / machine sales department based on issues.
5. Demonstration / technical assistance to trade shows.
6. Be able to teach updates on the machines in technical seminars to our dealers.
7. Assist option / parts department when shortage of staff
Travel Status
1. Travels involves (up to 1/3 a month) in US
2. 1 – 2 / year travel involves to Canada / Mexico / S. America / Japan
Skills Required
1. Some technical service background on CNC machines for 1 year incl. trade school training
(incl. mechanical/elec.) preferred, not required.
2. Knowledge of programming preferred, not required.
3. Experience of setting up and operating CNC machines preferred, not required.
4. Ability to read blueprints is required.
5. Electro-mechanical skills to interact with customers and in-house technical support team.
6. Team Player Professional Manner including being organized.
7. Self-motivated with good work ethics.
8. Problem solver.
9. Good communication skills in verbal / written.
10. High moral individual to be the future leader in a team.
11. Excellent organizing skills to accomplish multiple tasks
