RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Accurately complete diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles.
- Partner with staff to deliver on goals with integrity.
- Quality check vehicle repairs.
- Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and events.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Some experience in diagnostics and repairs required.
- ASE Certified or Equivalent.
- Fast learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Have a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
