We are expanding our service team and seek a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at our Longmont and Fort Collins, Colorado locations. As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in executing with expertise the set-up, repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance of customer equipment.

The Ideal Candidate will:
* Perform with skill, expertise, and a high level of quality and efficiency the setup, repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance of customer equipment.
* Maintain current technical, mechanical, and product knowledge to perform work using the latest technology and care for our customer equipment.
* Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
* Complete timely, detailed, and accurate documentation for customers and the service department team.
* Consistently deliver superior customer service.
Education & Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience in Agriculture, Farming, Heavy Equipment, or related field preferred.
* Dealership service training or other related work experience preferred.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work flexible hours within seasonal peak times.
* A valid driver's license and insurability on the company insurance plan are required.
Physical Requirements:
* Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance regularly. The position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.
Compensation:
* $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Training:
* Professional enhanced product knowledge and training provided by manufacturers and mentors to develop skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Schedule:
* 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
* May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

* This is not a remote position. Requires to be in-person at the dealership location
