As a Service Valet, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their service needs.Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas, maintaining organization in the service area.Hunter Alignment Check: Conduct alignment checks using Hunter equipment to ensure vehicles are properly aligned for optimal performance and safety.Vacuum Vehicles: Perform interior cleaning by vacuuming customer vehicles to enhance overall cleanliness.Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service area and customer vehicles clean and presentable at all times.Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
