BPA has no innovation budget. Innovation is what we are.Position:We are looking for a Warranty Coordinator based out of our South Chesterfield, VA location. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Work directly with the Warranty Manager to manage warranty projects and new warranty claims.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools
  • Use ERP system
  • Provide customer service to submit warranty claims and returns
  • Provide management with necessary information about the warranty projects.
  • Provide warranty support for crisis mode projects
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and OEM suppliers to complete warranty projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments Lessons Learned through warranty tracking
  • Perform other duties as needed
Education/Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or project management. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Professional communication, attitude, and image.
  • Good verbal and written presentation - organized - good planner, good interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Previous ERP experience (Epicor/Kinetic) is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in automated machinery is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Solidworks and eDrawings is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL is preferred but not required.
