Our client, a major entertainment company located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a ServiceNow Architect. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. This is a hybrid opportunity where the Client is looking for someone who can come into the office for meetings occasionally. SUMMARY The ServiceNow Systems Architect is a critical role within the Global Technology Operation (GTO) organization responsible for ensuring that the ServiceNow platform, and all of it's business processes are functioning optimally. This role is the platform owner of the entire ServiceNow platform, all its modules, components, services, and integrations and a subject matter expert. The ServiceNow Systems Architect is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the global organization, to assess and determine how the platform can be leveraged to drive automation, increase efficiencies, digitally transform business processes, and drive technology enablement. This role must be able to identify opportunities for integration with 3rd-Party and partner systems, and is required to assess, evaluate, and gather requirements, stories, and scenarios from business stakeholders, while designing and planning solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team comprised of developers, engineers, administrators, and analysts
- Provides guidance to ensure that all updates, enhancements, changes, and projects are completed on-schedule, on-budget, and with minimal bugs and defects.
- Manages multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneously
- Prioritize critical updates and projects while managing and maintains operational and administrative activities
- Manages vendor relationships with our ServiceNow partner, and various consulting firms during project engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with the ServiceNow core platform
- Experience in managing, developing, designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules
- Experience developing and designing custom workflows
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with API and developing integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
- Ability to oversee application and workflow configurations
- Ability to perform requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and customization within all ServiceNow modules
- Experience with processes, integrations, business rules, custom scripts, flow designer
