IAE supports the migration of these two legacy systems onto a new Common Services Platform (CSP) driven by Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps best practices. The IAE is a presidentially mandated E-Government initiative designed to improve the federal procurement and award processes using innovative technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for Servicenow Business Analysis on an upgrade of a Servicenow ticketing system for the GSA.
7+ years of experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Deep expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and third-party integrations.
Extensive knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, Glide API, JavaScript, and other scripting languages used within the platform.
Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
Expertise in ServiceNow security models, including Access Control Rules (ACLs) and role-based access management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, and experience mitigating risks during upgrades.
Strong under
ServiceNow Certification is required, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for key modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
