Job ObjectiveAssist operations at ICE Headquarters as a Business Analyst/ Tester
Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests on ServiceNow applications to verify system functionality and performance.
- Identify defects and issues through systematic testing and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
- Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain test data sets and environments for testing purposes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate test scenarios.
- Document test results, defects, and testing outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines.
- Provide input on quality assurance processes and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and techniques to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
