You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead efforts to ensure that workflows align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, focusing on aligning ServiceNow capabilities with organizational needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Map and design efficient business workflows, using tools like Visio or other BPM software, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs to validate process designs and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage expertise in ServiceNow to identify appropriate platform modules or features to meet business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support root cause analysis, recommend solutions for defects or process inefficiencies, and document findings.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform modules, workflows, and process design.
- Ability to document and analyze workflows and design efficient solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or equivalent for backlog management and project tracking.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead discovery sessions and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and data flow between systems.
- Ability to manage parallel scoping efforts and balance multiple streams of work.
Preferred Skills:
- Government consulting experience, especially with agencies like HHS, CMS, or ONC.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to gather requirements for Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Total Experience (TX) improvements.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. (508 Compliance).
- Ability to develop training materials, facilitate instructional sessions, and support automated testing efforts.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certification(s) in areas like ITSM, CSM, or Business Process Management.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Six (6) years of direct, relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
