Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with a focus on Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SLO, ServiceNow integrations, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities •Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. •Implement and manage Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform. •Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. •Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in the development process. Required Qualifications •5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. •Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO). •Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). •Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations. •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
