We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/11/2024.Work you'll doAs a Specialist Leader for our ServiceNow HRSD team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our clients HR operations and help them drive business results.In this role you will be responsible for:Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodologyProviding hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateWorking with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applicationsWorking with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state HR Service Delivery operationsDeveloping the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Service Transformation effortDeveloping detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high level architectureManaging all aspects of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your clientEstablishing user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilitiesSupporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessionsAssisting with executing system validation, preparing the organization for the transition and ensuring reading for deploying the HRSD build into productionBuilding your reputation within the firm and market around the strong HR Shared Services knowledge and ServiceNow product knowledge you possessForging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and developmentRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations2+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core moduleExperience developing implementation plans in ServiceNowAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred Qualifications:Experience designing and/or implementing an HR shared services centerExperience with a full HRSD suite implementationBig 4 consulting experienceInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: Locations: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Bellevue, Birmingham, Boca Raton, Boise, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Costa Mesa, Dallas, Davenport, Dayton, Denver, Des Moines, Detroit, Fort Worth, Fresno, Grand Rapids, Harrisburg, Hartford, Hermitage, Houston, Huntsville, Indianapolis, Inglewood, Jacksonville, Jericho, Jersey City, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Louisville, McLean, Memphis, Miami, Midland, Minneapolis, Morristown, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Omaha, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Portland, Princeton, Raleigh, Richmond, Rochester, Rosslyn, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, St. Louis, Stamford, Tallahassee, Tampa, Tempe, Tulsa, Washington DCThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
