Job Objective Assist operations at ICE Headquarters as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
Responsibilities - Lead the architecture design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.
- Define technical requirements, solution design options, and architecture patterns for ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
- Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and best practices to guide solution design and implementation.
- Develop architectural artifacts, such as solution blueprints, data models, and integration designs, to document and communicate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate ServiceNow modules, applications, and technologies to meet business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT service management (ITSM) and ServiceNow ecosystem and assess their applicability to existing architectures.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform roadmap, future enhancements, and architectural improvements.
