Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist -HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, ITIL & SPMLocation: REMOTE WITH ONSITE MEETINGS AT RALEIGH, North CarolinaDuration: 12+ Months ContractPrefers Local Candidates OR candidates who can relocate to North Carolina.Minimum 12 Years of experience Preferred.ServiceNow Technical Specialist for HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, ITIL and SPM.LDAP directories.Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)Enterprise ArchitectureRelational DatabaseDesign and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
