- Strong experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
- Good experience in integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party applications is required.
- Ability to perform API based integrations within ServiceNow platform is a must.
- Experience in Retail Service Management would be an added benefit.
- Good experience in ServiceNow implementations, designing complex workflows, and write automation scripts.
- Experience with migrating the ServiceNow data model between two or more instances including CMDB and ITSM processes is expected.
- Working knowledge on Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting.
- Certification in ITIL / ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
