Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
- Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or some college preferred
- 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent
- Customer service experience a plus
Competencies:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- 6S familiarity a plus
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment. Fork lift certification a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
- Solid communication skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move 40 lbs
- Driver's License and good driving record
Travel:
- Same day local travel possible
