Department: Klamath County Developmental Disabilities Services (KCDDS)

Salary: $5,109.14 - $6,651.32

Position Overview

As a Services Coordinator Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading a team of Service Coordinators to provide quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position combines leadership, community collaboration, and compliance oversight to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervision & Support:

* Lead, supervise, and conduct performance evaluations for Service Coordinators.

* Provide training and support to team members in collaboration with leadership.

* Quality Assurance & Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements (OARs).

* Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

* Community Collaboration:

* Represent KCDDS on community boards and partnerships.

* Build and maintain relationships with local agencies and resources.

* Program Development:

* Contribute to policies, procedures, and service plans.

* Identify gaps in service delivery and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR

* Bachelor's degree in any field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR

* Associate's degree in behavioral or social sciences with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge & Skills

* In-depth understanding of developmental disabilities services in Oregon.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Experience with service planning, community outreach, and compliance.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

* Providing structure and direction for staff

Additional Requirements

* Valid Oregon Driver's License
