As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.About the roleAs a Services Operations Specialist, you will coordinate all aspects of the service delivery cycle, including but not limited to invoicing, processing signed documents, creating SOWs, assisting with RFP production, shipping and receiving, and/or other administrative tasks. We will count on you to have knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures. Along the way, you will get to:Responsible for placing purchase orders with multiple vendors.Investigate and resolve receiving and invoicing discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, and work with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged product.Manage all aspects of assigned vendors, back-orders, and ETA's.Work with vendors and Field Service, RTV department on problem warranty claims.Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
