The Field Services Technical Specialist's primary responsibilities will include product commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, repair/replacement of, and CIP of Heat Transfer packages. The orders for this equipment come from maintenance contracts, new controls/panels/PN/meters/ packages sold and installed in the field, and warranty support needs of the equipment. A Navy veteran leads the field service team. His goal is to regionalize the field service team. Right now, he needs one tech in the Chicago (Midwest) area. He also needs one technician in Central-Northern California. You will leave your home on Monday morning and return Friday. There is almost zero weekend work. You will mostly drive but may also need to hop on a plane as the team is built out regionally.Salaried non-exempt role, the rate is DOE. Overtime and amazing benefits. The company gives 5% to your 401k without a match needed. Then matches $.50 on the dollar up to 6%.
