You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Services Technician with Insight, you will maintain and protect assets and property. This includes spare parts, loaners, tools and test equipment, as well as equipment that may be provided by Insight's customers. We will count on you to escalate service problems and issues to the service manager as appropriate. Along the way, you will gain experience with SSCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix.

As a Services Technician, you will get to: - Perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum.
- Execute End user projects as required.
- Maintain knowledge of new technologies resulting in continued client satisfaction.
- Provide first technical support and leadership support. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems.
