Job Description:
Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Servicing Relationship Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in both managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive wealth management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage client portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
  • Independently handle client communications, providing expert guidance and addressing concerns in collaboration with the Private Wealth Advisor
Wealth Management Services
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning services under the direction of Private Wealth Advisors
  • Prepare for and participate in annual review meetings, including compiling client summary sheets and RM decks
  • Manage ongoing client needs, including cash flow analysis, eMoney maintenance, estate planning coordination, and year-end tax planning
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration into the firm's processes
  • Present tax and estate planning techniques to clients, effectively communicating strategies and coordinating with the firm's tax practice
Technology Proficiency
  • Master the firm's planning tools and technology to ensure accurate and current client data
  • Maintain eMoney accounts by confirming ongoing expense and income assumptions, reviewing net worth, and managing outside assets
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with multiple advisors based on client and firm needs, ensuring a cohesive, client-focused approach.
  • Work closely with other Relationship Managers and the operations team to provide exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
  • Certification: CFP® designation required
  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years with the firm
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to independently manage and retain client relationships
    • Strong technical expertise in financial planning, tax, and estate planning strategies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage complex client situations with minimal supervision
Compensation: $125,000 base salary with incentives
