As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequencesOversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machinesSupport maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machinesFollow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and trackingCheck finished product/product component and submits for approvalFollow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesYour QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to use instruments for measuring and to identify defectsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in EnglishAbility to operate medium-complex machinery for use in inspectionGood visual acuityAbility to lift medium-heavy objects if requiredExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorshipPreferred:Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with power toolsAbility to read blueprintsAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
