Job Description:The Set-Up C Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines with assistance and/or direction from management or qualified associates.2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pmDuties and ResponsibilitiesSet-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operationsMake professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associatesResponsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employeesRelay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal formsDocumentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performedOrganizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a wholeOther duties and projects, as required by production and business needEducation, Skills, and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing experience preferredSuccessful completion of Mechanical Aptitude testEstablished ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutionsGreat attention to detail is requiredAbility to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essentialAbove basic math skills and reasoning abilityModerate computer and Microsoft Office skillsForklift certificationEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledWe endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
