**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Set-Up Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up machines, executing machining tasks, interpreting blueprints, utilizing power tools, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and calibrate machines in accordance with specifications.

+ Execute machining tasks to fabricate or repair parts as needed.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand equipment and system layouts.

+ Utilize power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns effectively.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

+ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely resolution of any issues.

**Qualifications**

+ Proven experience as a Set-Up Technician or similar role.

+ Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Proficient with power tools and maintenance practices.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
