Job Title: Set Up TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Set Up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior set-up experience and strong experience in machine operation. This role involves setting up machines safely, ensuring they run optimally, and maintaining high-quality production standards.ResponsibilitiesSet up machines safely with attention to detail according to set-up parameters and individual job expectations.Evaluate the machine's process to ensure they are set up and running correctly for peak performance and damage control.Make changes and adjustments to the machine or process as needed for optimum performance.Ensure all machines are set up and running products that meet quality expectations.Assist in training other operators.Perform tooling inspections before, during, and after a run.Essential SkillsPrior set-up experience.2-3 years of machine operator experience.Troubleshooting skills.Mechanical aptitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with set up/changeovers.Ability to perform quality checks.Why Work Here?This is a direct placement opportunity with potential for advancement within the company. The schedule includes working 2 days, having 2 days off, working 3 days, and then having 3 days off.
