Additional compensation in the form of notary.

Real Estate Settlement Closers receive a mostly completed file from our production team, follow up on anything outstanding, prepare final docs, print all of the closing documents, balance the file, and conduct the closing.

Travel is required. We close where the Buyers want to close. For a refinance, this might mean closing at the Buyer's home. A Pennsylvania Notary Public, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Review each file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before settlement

• Contact mortgage companies to coordinate closing and make sure all documents are signed and notarized and all figures correct

• Disburse checks and clean up files after closing
