We are seeking a skilled Set-Up Lathe with experience in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, to join our team at our facility in Bohemia, NY. The ideal candidate will have a background in ISO 9001 Certification, machine setups for production runs, CNC machines, and manual machining skills and strong Milling and Lathe machine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs
• Troubleshoot CNC machines
• Utilize manual machining skills
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Set up tool/die/mold equipment
• Operate extrusion machines

Qualifications

• Some Quality Inspection Experience

• Industrial and Manufacturing background

• ISO 9001 Certification Experience

• Machine Setups for Production Runs

• Manual Machining Skills

• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills strong knowledge

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience

• Blueprint Reading proficiency

• Experience with Extrusion Machines
