This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturer committed to providing excellence within the industry while being a great place to work!Overview of the positionSetup operators are primarily responsible for setting up CNC machines for parts to run. All jobs, whether new or repeat, need to be set up in the machine, which requires changing tools, loading programs, and setting up fixtures to hold the material.Benefits and Compensation:$25 - $40.00+ an hour. Starting wage depends on experience and education.Three health insurance options are available, as well as dental, vision, short-term disability, life, accident and other ancillary benefits available after 60 days full-time.Long-term disability and a $75,000 life insurance policy given to all full-time employees at no cost to them after 60 days.$400 HRA deductible credit given towards anyone who enrolls in a health insurance plan.Paid Time Off (PTO) is an accrual based program for all employees. A range of 40 - 128 hours will be annually accrued depending on length of service. PTO will be used for any reason work is missed, but it is not a use it or lose it policy. All PTO will carry over into the new year.401(k) plan with match is available after six months of employment.
