Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform mold setups according to procedures/standards.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines and ancillary equipment such as material handling systems, dryers, ultrasonic welders, etc.
- Coordinate with Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues as appropriate.
- Continually suggest and implement ideas to improve setup efficiency, as well as safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

- 5+ years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing
