The True North Equipment IMPACT Center is a facility that allows for new, innovative, and highly capable methods to add real value for our customers and employees. It supports all departments across our retail locations by improving the efficiency of new equipment set-up and reconditioning. It streamlines part storage and transfers to improve our customer service abilities in our retail locations and provides additional space for growing our CDIP education processes for our customers and employees. - Assembles and properly adjusts all types of equipment, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership
- Provide your own essential job tools
- Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools, and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process
- Demonstrates a strong sense of attention to detail to ensure all assemblies and adjustments are performed correctly
- Supports True North Equipment in off-season times to support used equipment reconditioning and detail work
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations set by True North Equipment and OSHA, in performing work assignments
- Timely completions work orders and necessary documentation required in conjunction with job assignments
- Accountable for all time and material used in performing assigned jobs
- May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Completes tasks in a timely fashion to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Works as an Enterprise employee to support all retail locations with their product set up needs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Works closely with the location service manager, and supports the overall success of True North Equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned by TNE in a safe, professional, and efficient manner
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S without company sponsorship
- Understands and adheres to TNE customer data policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ensure that company's reputation and image in the community is consistent with TNE values
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, leadership, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of True North Equipment.
- Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with the ability to flex up to 5 hours of overtime per week, based on business workload.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes
- Ability to assemble machinery components and to follow manufacturer's pre-delivery instructions
- Ability to communicate and work well with others-this role requires a high level of communication with a team
- Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver's license required, a clean MVR, and meet requirements to drive company owned vehicles
- Forklift license preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills to include phone customer service
- Must be able to retain positive relationships with customers and co-workers

- Pay: $15-22 depending on years of experience.
