Job Description:

• We are seeking a Junior SharePoint Technical Specialist to support Preconstruction business processes through SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• This role will focus on designing solutions, managing project deliverables, and coordinating testing and training efforts.
• No coding required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SharePoint/web-based solutions to support business processes.
• Translate design requirements into user stories for development teams.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct Quality Assurance testing and provide training for users.
• Document processes, deliverables, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and implement solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SharePoint design and web-based content management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing and SDLC.
• Familiarity with AGILE methodology and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint Business Analysis and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Balsamiq Wireframes and SharePoint Designer/Owner roles.
• Note: Candidate must use their own equipment for remote work.
